By regularly checking the task manager you can make more free memory by closing the background application

Second method - Smart Launcher trick:


For smooth working of mobile phones it is needed to have more free memory and everyone like that mobile work smoothly.Soo and there are software available like smart launcher by which you can increase free memory in your mobile same you are doing with your computer.

First install smart launcher to your mobile and go to option.
Then setting and make launcher on. Now plug on your charger and switch of your phone.

Wait till it shows battery meter on screen and then press Menu button of your mobile don’t hold it just press for a while and release.
You can see Manu on screen and you can have 4 to 5MB free RAM
Hold Menu button to check RAM.


Trick behind this is that when charger plugged in, the phone must have a minimum software for charging your mobile, somehow Smart Launcher has still got it's shortcut running and that's the Menu button appear. So when you click Menu button, you go directly to the Menu, no other phone tasks running in the background so you trick the phone and you have more free RAM!


Third method

Start your phone in flight mode by using Psiloc system tools. Install system tools and open it and select flight mode. With this you can restart the phone without using your SIM card. So no other application running in back ground you can have more free RAM.


forth method

By this way you can increase around 200-300KB space but I think it is useful for you.soo be like smart guy don’t close your menu by selection right selection key and exit or pressing the menu key another time. These ways it only hides the application but do not close it. To close it, choose the left selection key and option and scroll down and then select "exit".

turn off the phone
2. take out the battery and sim and put wrong network SIM and insert only a half of it,

Note - If you bought your Nokia on UK Vodafone or UK Cellnet you do not need to check this because they both transmit on GSM900, and they don't lock the phones. However if you bought your phone on UK Orange or UK One2one your phone may be blocked. The reason is that they both transmitt on GSM1800. To make a call on GSM1800 you need what is known as a "Dual band" phone. A dual band phone is able to transmit on both GSM900 and GSM1800, so they lock the phones so you can't use it with any other network simcard. If you find that your phone is locked you can try different software to unlock it. (we havn't found one that works yet), or you can ask your service provider who will gladly exchange the 10 digit code for about £35.

This is how to check the status of the 4 different locks. Aslo don't try entering the wrong number, because after 3 times it will block the phone for good.

Unlock Of Sony Ericsson Db2020 Phones w610i, K800i, K810i

ok, first off i take no responsibility for anyone following this guide and bricking their phone.
This is also not completely my guide but one made from a couple other guides with some pictures.
i have used this myself and had it work and also helped t0mm unlock his phone.

Just use the supplied cable that came with your phone.

please note, i will update this with more pictures later to make it even easier to follow

note: the model number i am using here is w880i, this is suitable to use for unlocking k770i

Please note: This will NOT work with the w810i.

to double check your phone is db2020, enter the service menu - > * < < * < *
Go into Service Info and then Software Info, just after you see EROM you should hopefully see DB2020, if not then your phone most likely isn't suitable for this unlock.


This unlock works by applying a patch to your firmware to allow a software patch to be applied. If you update your firmware after this unlock then your phone will most likely become locked again.

The unlock patch is made using a patch generator from Simox -

you will need to download the firmware to match your phone -

Once you have these you can make the unlock patch for your phone.

Open SimlockpatchGen and browse to the firmware file you downloaded
Click 'make patch' and it will make a .vpk file which you will use later to unlock your phone.

Next step is applying the patch. For this you can use SeTool 2 lite -

It is reccomended you download SEUS first and update your phone. This will also install nesscesory drivers without which SeTool lite wont work (this was my own personal experiance)-

Once this is done Open setool lite, find your phone in the drop down menu and select read GDFS

switch off your phone, remove battery and reinsert battery, connect to computer whilst holding down the 'c' button
Once this part is finished se tool will say 'Elapsed: ??secs'

Now we need to apply a quick access patch to the phones fimware.
remove from and remove battery before reinserting it again.

open se tool and check the 'bypass security' and select your phone in the drop down menu.
Add your phones firmware file into the main box
Then in misc browse to Qamaker folder in the setool lite folder. you should select the quickaccess .vpk file that matches your phone model and firmware.

(If you can not find a file to match then there is an exe file there to make one, just drag your earlier downloaded firmware file on top of the exe file and the appropiate quick patch file will be generated)



Hit FLASH and connect your phone holding the 'c' button

Setool will run and when finished it will ask you unplug your phone.
remove phone, remove battery, reinsert battery and the press READY on setool.
Then reconnect phone holding the 'c' button
Setool will then run again and a window will pop up
Select NO to apply the patch.
A few seconds later the patch will apllied and this part of the process finished.
Remove phone, remove battery and reinsert battery.

Now to apply the unlock patch.

Start up setool and select your phone model in the menu.
check the 'apply quick patch' box
in misc browse to the unlock patch .vpk file you made earlier (n the simlockpatchgen folder)

Hit write script and reconnect your phone holding the 'c' button.
again a box will pop up where you select NO to apply the patch.
Setools will run and when finished your phone is unlocked!

2- Phone will display "Auto Subset Lock: Activated!"

I myself haven't got a locked Z500 so i cannot try this. But other people confirmed this as working. I'd like to hear more results on this!

I also found a list of service codes. I guess you could use some of them to enter your unlock codes manually(that you read out with WinIMEI).

Have tryed this procedure has worked for me on E740's

1. First do a CUSTOM reset: *2767*2878#
2. Take a wrong network SIM and insert a half of it, so when you turn on the phone it don't detect the SIM. Very important so it won't ask for network password and shows "Insert SIM" message.
3. Now take out the battery a little so you can insert fully the SIM without turnig off the phone, at this stage the phone is still asking to "Insert SIM" with the WRONG SIM inside.
4. Make a FULL reset: *2767*3855#

How to unlock a phone using test point:
1. Select the right model in MSTOOL.
2. Do not click unlock. Cancel if started.

6. Wait until the software has finished unlocking.
7. Your phone is now unlocked.

The most common mistakes:
1)Clicked unlock. Software is waiting for a phone to be
connected. Connected the phone thought test point. Phone has
entered the needed mode – you didn’t disconnect the test point
in time because phone is unlocked too fast.
Solution: Follow the “How to unlock a phone using test point” guide.

2)Didn’t connect the test point, powered the phone on and clicked unlock.
Software has switched the phone to the flash interface and sent boot,
but the phone doesn’t do anything.
Solution: Connect the test point – read the “How to unlock a
phone using test point”.

How to repair a phone?
This software will not repair your phone if it’s physically
damaged or has damaged components. Software will only repair
phones with damaged software such as PDS or boot core.
If your phone’s software was damaged and does not power up
after the repair and you have chosen the right phone model
it means that you need to fully flash the phone with MSTOOL
or PST, RSD or any other flasher.

1. Choose your phone model on the service page (if the phone
model is supported by your version of the software) – Repair
PDS button will become active. Read the “Which phones should
be done with and without test points?” guide to find out if
you should use test point or not. Connect the phone to the PC
and make sure that it is in flash interface.

2. Click Repair PDS.
- If you are repairing LTE2 or POG platform phone repair is done
in one step.
- If the phone is LTE platform the repair is done in two steps.
Wait for the first step to finish, the software will tell you
when it is ready for the second step. Follow the on screen tips
to complete the second step.

Note: Current software does not repair physically damaged phones,
it can only repair PDS and boot core. Repair does not fix flash,
to fix flash you need to re-flash the phone with any available flasher.

How to unlock ODM phones.
1. Select the exact model from the menu.
2. Check to which COM port the phone is connected.
3. Select the port number from the menu.
You need to know what cable you are using and if it supports
high speeds – the higher the speed the faster the unlock process.
4. Connect cable to the phone.
5. Turn the phone off.
6. Press unlock and wait for the software to prompt you to
press the phone power button. Press the power button shortly –
you don’t need to hold the button. If the error message is
displayed - wait for 3 seconds and click the power button again.
You may have to do this step up to 5 times. If you feel that you
need to start again – disconnect the battery.
7. Software will now calculate the needed unlock codes.
8. Enter the unlock code into the phone when it has powered on.

How to repair IMEI for ODM phones.
1. Select the exact model from the menu.
2. Check to which COM port the phone is connected.
3. Select the port number from the menu.
You need to know what cable you are using and if it supports
high speeds.
4. Power off phone and connect cable.
5. Input IMEI and press "Repair IMEI" button

Files and applications stored on E: drive are not be affected by these sequences.
